King's Coffee for December 13, 2013 has been canceled due to an unexpected engagement. The next King's Coffee will be on February 14, 2014 at 8am.

September 10 is BACK to SCHOOL Night at Broadus Wood
Back to School Night is scheduled for Tuesday, September 10. We will begin at 5:30pm in the gym with The State of The School Address.
We will concluded at 5:55pm to allow parents time to attend an informational session with their child's teacher. Teachers will host two identical sessions to allow parents with multiple children to visit at least two grade levels. Session 1: 6-6:40 and Session 2: 6:50-7:30. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school.

End of Summer is here!
Ten days and counting before summer is over and school is in session. I hope each of you have had an exciting and restful break. How did you spend your summer? I can hardly wait to hear about it. Here is a photo of a new addition to my family that I spent the summer getting to know.
This week teachers and staff members will return to Broadus Wood to prepare for a wonderful year of learning. We have many changes and improvements in store for you. In addition to the new teachers and staff members, we also have a SparkLab and new cafeteria furniture to share. You will be able to meet everyone and see the changes on Open House which is Monday, August 19 4:30-6:30pm.
